Resources and tools for building Inclusive and healthy workspaces

Hello again,

How are we doing this lovely morning?

I know, I mentioned in my previous post that we at TPL Experiences have had a remarkable past 15 months. You know why it has been fantastic? Because we have been busy supporting varied organisations and sectors to thrive and flourish through our Strategic Consultancy and training programmes. It is really exciting to work with our clients to build the overall resilience, culture and wellbeing of teams and communities in 2024.

While we get busy working, I thought it might be useful for me to share a few core trends, tools and resources from the world of staff training and development, staff culture and wellbeing that I think would be useful to you. Please read on -

1)- Leadership and managing expectations-

Managing expectations has come up a lot, in my recent interactions with leaders from various organisations representing the business, charity and the arts and culture sector. I am stating the obvious here but leaders have a huge responsibility of role modelling the right behaviours to encourage the right culture within their staff teams. This, can often be quite exhausting and overwhelming. I have put together a quick video that talks about how we can better manage expectations as a leader?

2)- Culture programme resources -

Another challenge that we are increasingly asked to support our clients with, is on how to build the most effective and inclusive culture strategy for  their organisations? Again, it is important to mention that thinking of your culture in a pro-active way rather than a reactive way is crucial for any strategy to work. We have put together a guide that shares a few tips on how best you can build a sustainable and impactful culture strategy that actually works for you and your team. Please click the image below to download the guide.

3)- Training themes-

While every organisation’s needs and challenges are unique to their journey, people and ambitions, it has been fantastic to see organisation’s taking a longer term approach while planning for their training programmes rather than booking ad-hoc training sessions. It is extremely important to have a specific goal and plan when thinking about delivering training programmes for your team. A plan ensures impact that directly feeds into the growth and profitability of any organisation. 4)- Wellbeing strategy tips-

If you are in the process of reviewing or introducing new Health and wellbeing initiatives for your team, perhaps our guide on implementing an effective wellbeing strategy will be useful? Please click the image below to download your copy.

Hopefully you find some/all of these resources helpful. Are there any other challenges/themes that you have navigated within your team in the past year? Please feel free to drop me a line. I am always curious to find out about what organisations are doing to help build the resilience and culture of their workplaces so please do drop me a line and lets book something in! (no spam mail please!)

Have a lovely rest of your day!
